November 14, 2009 – January 15, 2010
For the second year in a row, A Mano Gallery in Lambertville, New Jersey hosts the Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen’s fall exhibit and sale entitled “Arts Across the River.” On view beginning November 14, 2009 and continuing through January 15, 2010, the assemblage of work features a wide variety of fine handcrafts, ranging from glass and pottery to jewelry, wood and fiber. A Mano’s Lambertville location is at 42 North Union Street. A public “Meet the Artists” reception takes place during the community-wide “Second Saturday” celebration on Saturday, November 14 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
“We’re delighted to work with the Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen to present a stellar selection of contemporary work representing numerous styles,” states Ana Leyland, co-owner of A Mano Gallery. “Last year’s exhibit and sale was well received, and we look forward to showcasing the area’s top local artists again this fall and winter just in time for the holiday shopping season.”
The Bucks County Guild of Craftsmen is a chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, an all-volunteer organization comprised of multidisciplinary artists and craftsmen, as well as gallery owners, collectors and arts patrons. The Guild works to increase interest and quality in the practice of crafts in a variety of ways.
