Tom Muhl

WHAT/WHO:
The UM Miller Center for Contemporary Judaic Studies will host a special opening and reception for a series of paintings about the Holocaust by Tom Muhl, a child survivor from Budapest, Hungary. Tom will talk about how his experiences as a ten-year old in the Budapest Ghetto in 1944 are reflected in his art.
WHEN/WHERE:
November 10, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. UM Miller Center, 5202 University Dr., on UM’s Coral Gables campus. Complimentary parking at Pavia Garage or adjacent to the Merrick Building. Free and open to the public.

The Art Institute of Chicago launches its partnership with the art video site ArtBabble.org .
